The HCG 21 days metabolism cure

Dr. Simeons, a doctor from Great Britain, developed a sensational program for losing weight more than 60 years ago: the HCG metabolism cure, also called HCG diet or HCG metabolism diet. This diet harnesses the powers of the body's own messenger substance HCG.

According to Dr. Simeons, HCG melts away the fat reserves that are difficult to combat with other diets. These are the problem areas on the hips, abdomen, thighs and upper arms.

It is important to know that additional means are offered for the diet. However, you do not need them. If you stick to the original diet, the costs are manageable. Drops and vitamins are available for under 70 €. For less than 120 € you can get means that serve for detoxification and purification.

Through the diet according to Dr. Simeons it is possible to lose about 10 % of your body weight, the exact percentage depends on your gender. Men lose between 10 % and 12 % of their body weight, women between 8 % and 10 %. Expecting a higher weight loss is not realistic. The supportive drops are important because the 500 calorie diet would not be sustainable without them. The weight would be reduced, but you have to put up with a constant feeling of hunger, fatigue and bad mood.

The diet helps you to get rid of annoying fat pads. It does not disturb the water balance, nor does it reduce muscle mass. Those who carry out the diet do not suffer from ravenous appetite. Your good mood will be maintained as well as your performance. The diet tightens your body contours and improves cellulite. The effect is also noticeable on your skin: it becomes soft and smooth.

The original principle created by Dr. Simeons in the 1960s has been further developed. In the meantime, drops are used instead of expensive and complex hormone injections. These are also available hormone-free and are taken during the three-week diet. Homeopathically produced drops in higher potencies (from D12, C30) are not recommended. Injecting HCG is also not recommended, as side effects may occur. Accompanying the diet, the intake of vital substances is strongly recommended. Then the body receives all vital vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

An HCG diet must be followed for at least 21 days. It is possible to do two diet phases over 6 weeks without taking a break in between. After that, however, a break of six weeks or more is absolutely necessary before you start a third diet phase.

Immediately before the diet, two preparation days are necessary, the so-called feasting days. It sounds paradoxical: on these days, the aim is to eat as much as possible. This is to boost the metabolism.

On these two days, everything that is fatty is recommended. Above all, "healthy" fats and oils should be on the menu. This includes, for example, salmon, nuts, avocados and olive oil. It is important that you take in a lot of energy. You need the calories to avoid feeling hungry during the first week of the diet. If you gain weight during these two days, it is not a problem. The kilos will disappear in a short time.

Afterwards, you will directly enter phase 1 of the 21-day diet plan. Start taking the drops and vital substances on the first day and do this daily for the entire phase 1.

The rules of the diet are easy to follow: Consume a maximum of 500 - 800 calories per day. Strictly adhere to the foods that are suitable for this diet. Everything that is not expressly allowed is forbidden! Abstain completely from fat, sugar, carbohydrates and alcohol. Fry in a coated pan, cook in aluminum foil and do not grease your grill grate. Use fresh or frozen foods. Drink at least 2 liters a day, preferably spring water or still water from a glass bottle.

Directly after the diet, you enter phase 2: the stabilization phase. You stop taking the drops immediately and slowly return to your normal eating habits. For the next three weeks you should keep an eye on your weight. It should not go up again. Your metabolism should slowly return to normal.

Your body needs to get used to processing food again. Instead of eating three large meals, it's better to divide them into five or six smaller meals. Gradually reintroduce foods you have been avoiding for the past few weeks. Dietary supplements may still be useful. Fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin E are allowed again.
